Artist from DL Pd 471.

Foxed and soiled, with tears at top and bottom edges.

Sir William Dixson's small red stamp is placed at lower left corner of frame line.

There are several pencil lines on the view where other frame sizes have been tried.

On back is an unidentified pencil drawing of two barns.

Signature / Inscriptions

'Set XI' is written in pencil at upper right edge of sheet, and '13' in top right corner.
