Administrative / Biographical history
The families in these photographs are of (among others) two (?) of the children of Henry Parkes and his first wife Clarinda Varney. Parkes' 3rd living child, Mary Edith (1848-1919) married George Murray in 1881. His 6th living child, Varney (1859-1935) married Mary Murray in 1883. She died the same year. He then married Isabella Murray in 1884
