Certain new hypotheses, [electronic resource] : or fundamental principles, for the perspicuous illustration, and additional improvement (if not compleat perfection) of the present system of geometry, and particularly of hydrometry and navigation, Which are plainly Demonstrable to be True, and not Difficult, both in Theory and Practice, upon the Globe of the Universe, and upon the Navigators Compass, &c. And by means whereof the distance and longitude at sea, as well as at land, are discover'd and determin'd, with more Exactness than the Latitude is now known and ascertain'd. And the Latitude is also Corrected; the Variation of the Magnetical Needle accounted for; and the whole Terraqueous Globe more Naturally, Intelligibly, and Accurately Projected and Delineated. By Henry Kindon, of London, Gent.
