One is bound following cover to Part II and another following cover to Part III. The title page bound in following cover to Part I has 'T. Bluett, pr., 1844' printed on it. Mitchell Library copy 2 at F981.1/P. Contains p. 1-34 of text only, no covers to parts or title pages. Lacks map and two plates which are the general views of Sydney. All plates trimmed to edges of views. Some of the plates may be proof plates, others show minor differences from those in the other sets. Has label of 'Geo. Short & Son, Bookbinders, Syd.' Mitchell Library copy 3 at F981.1/P. Has no covers to parts, and an 1843 title page only. Some plates trimmed to edges of view, some to below title, and mounted on paper. Plates show minor differences from those in the other sets. This copy has an inscription by John Rae, dated 9 January 1890. It is from the Knox Collection. Mitchell Library copy at A806. This is housed in the Manuscripts Collection. Its text is complete and it has covers to all parts and both title pages. This was Alfred Lee's copy. Plates as in copy I, i.e. with titles printed on same sheet and margins. Some of the plates show minor differences from those in the other sets. This volume is housed in a portfolio which also contains some plates formerly loose in the volume, the 1843 title page and a spurious Prout sketch. These plates are trimmed to the edges of views, some are on thin, others on thick paper. Mitchell Library copy at A807. This is housed in the Manuscripts Collection. It is a grangerised copy. Contains text, cover to Part I, 1843 title page, hand-coloured, 15 plates (lacks 3 plates:- Campbell's Wharf, Willoughby Falls, City of Sydney looking South). There are two prints each of Port Jackson from Dawes Battery, New Government House, Millers Point, Heads of Port Jackson. Lacks map.
