Benjamin Henry Eyles Price, a schoolmaster from Oxford, England enlisted in the AIF (regimental no. 788) aged 31 years, 14 Dec. 1915. He served in Egypt and Gallipoli with the 3rd Reinforcements, 5th Light Horse Regiment and returned to Australia on HT Karoa, Apr. 1919
