Notes: Fanny Salmon (nee Trotter) is spelled Fannie or Fanny in various instances. Fanella, "the well-known country residence of W. Trotter, Esq.", was advertised "for sale or to let (3 years' lease)" in the Sydney Morning Herald, 5 February 1898, "in consequence of the early departure of his family from the colony" (accessed via Google News, 9/11/2012). Oran Park, Camden was once owned by Essington Moore, Fannie's cousin.
